2025 AGM

We held our 2025 AGM on November 6th.

Turn out was good with 25 full members which was sufficient to make the meeting quorate

The meeting started at 7:40pm and finished at 8:50pm

I have attached the preliminary minutes of the meeting - note that these will not be signed off as an accurate record until the AGM next year. In the mean time please feel free to get in touch if you think there are any errors or omissions.

Changes were agreed to the constitution were provisionally agreed surrounding the change of club name following the dissolving of the company protection written in to make the lease trustees fully subservient to the club.

Flying rules have been tweaked and changes have been made to the membership form - both will be updated and attached to the website shortly.

It was agreed that the club subscription will go up from £75 to £85.

The chairman, Gary Jones, gave a summary of the 2025 highlights.

There were no changes to the committee and the existing committee was voted back in.

Finally, congratulations to Phil Stevens who was voted 'Modeller of the Year' - well done.
